Termite Control & Treatment
Inspection, liquid barrier and bait treatments, and ongoing protection against subterranean termites.

We don't just spray. We solve.
Termite control protects your home from subterranean termites — the most destructive pest in Texas — through a professional inspection, a liquid termiticide barrier or in-ground bait system around the foundation, and an annual renewal that keeps the protection and warranty active.
Subterranean termites cause more structural damage in Texas than fires and storms combined, and the clay soils across DFW give them year-round access to home foundations. The damage is silent — most homeowners don't see it until a baseboard crumbles or swarmers appear in spring.
Definity treats termites two proven ways: a liquid termiticide barrier (a continuous treated zone in the soil around and under your foundation) and/or in-ground bait stations that eliminate the colony at the source. After treatment we provide documentation you can hand to a buyer, lender, or insurer.

Questions, answered
Termite Control & Treatment FAQ
How do I know if I have termites?
Common signs are mud tubes on the foundation, discarded wings near windows after a spring swarm, hollow-sounding or blistered wood, and tight-fitting doors. A professional inspection confirms it.
Liquid barrier or bait stations — which is better?
Both work; the right choice depends on your foundation, landscaping, and conducive conditions. We recommend based on what we find, and sometimes combine them for the strongest protection.
Do you provide documentation for a home sale?
Yes. We provide the inspection and treatment documentation lenders and buyers typically require for real-estate transactions.
